Each individual may hold only one active account at mnl68. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. All accounts must be registered with accurate personal information.
All bonuses and promotions at mnl68 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time of offer. Bonus abuse, collusion, or arbitrage strategies may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
mnl68 processes deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mnl68 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
Fraud, money laundering, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any activity that violates PAGCOR regulations are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and mnl68 ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the website accessible at mnl68.org. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where mnl68 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be closed, all balances (including winnings) may be voided, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number registered under your own name. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. mnl68 bears no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.
Players who are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local or national law are not permitted to access or use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gaming in your location. mnl68 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
In compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, mnl68 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by mnl68 will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending resolution. mnl68 processes and stores KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
mnl68 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform.
You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may be returned or forfeited. mnl68 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider.
mnl68 does not charge deposit fees; however, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such fees levied by your financial institution or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. mnl68 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing funds in excess of PAGCOR-mandated thresholds.
Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes on a 24/7 basis. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
mnl68 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification.
All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers made available by mnl68 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:
All bets placed at mnl68 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
mnl68 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of: technical error resulting in an incorrect odds or payout display, fraud or collusion, exploitation of a software error or vulnerability, or any other circumstance that mnl68 reasonably determines renders the bet invalid. In the case of void bets, the stake is returned to the Player's Balance.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the gaming interface. mnl68 may impose individual account betting limits at its discretion, including where responsible gaming concerns are identified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl68 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
mnl68 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.
mnl68 may suspend or close any Account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR; self-exclusion request from the Player; or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, the verified remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, after deducting any applicable administrative fees stated in the Platform's fee schedule.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting mnl68 Customer Support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests or pending wagering requirement obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mnl68 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
mnl68's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming laws.
mnl68 collects, processes, stores, and shares your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including collection of identity and verification information for PAGCOR compliance purposes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to exhaust mnl68's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to Customer Support. mnl68 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. Where PAGCOR licensing is implicated in the dispute, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channel.
mnl68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the effective date, except where an amendment is required on shorter notice to comply with PAGCOR instructions or applicable law. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the Platform.
